GET CONNECTED

As men, we have a tendency to think we can do things by ourselves.  The world tells us that asking for help is a sign of weakness.  What’s sad about those two aspects is that there is nothing further from the truth!

When great things are accomplished, they are usually done by more than one person.  In war, warriors  go to battle in groups.  In business, we hire employees, look for partners and even top CEOs invest in coaching.  In sports, even in individual athletics, athletes are coached along the way.  In life, we are not meant to do it alone.  Jesus even found 12 men to support him and mentor.

Alignment is a key principle that God shows us throughout the bible.  So why do men choose to be alone?  Fear, pride, lack of courage and probably a host of other excuses get in the way.  Well, friend, let me tell you something.  God does not want you to be alone!  It’s time for you to GET CONNECTED!

For those of you not involved in achurch yet, I encourage you to seek one out.  Look for a bible-based, God-fearing church that invites it’s members to connect regularly.  At my church, Elevate Life in Frisco, TX, we have multiple ways for you to connect:

·         Serivce on Saturday evenings or Sunday mornings
·         Servant leadership
·         Connect groups
·         Bible Studies
·         Home Teams
·         Men’s Events
·         Outside church events
·         Go to the EVENTS PAGE for details.

You need to think about where you are in your life today.  What I can tell you is that you are exactly where you are supposed to be based on the choices you have made and the alignments that you have.

Now, I challenge you to think about where you want to be… 1 year from now, 5 years from now or even 20 years from now.  Do you think that if you keep doing what you’ve been doing and keep hanging out with who you are currently aligned that you will get different results?  Think again!

NOW STAND to lead yourself, your family, your employees, your community into a better future.  Get plugged in and align yourself with other strong men and see where you future leads you!

Believing God’s Best for You!

Sincerely,
John R. Vakidis
